The Worth Athletic Association is able to exist through the active participation of the parents of the children. Without this volunteering the association would be handicapped thus hindering your child's participation. Each family will be required to participate in the annual raffle.

The playing ages of each child will determine which league the child will be eligible to play. No exceptions of age can be made.

I am willing and desirous that my child becomes a member of the Worth Athletic Association. I will make every attempt to assist him/her in observing the rules of the association. In consideration of the benefits derived from membership. I hereby voluntarily waive any claim against the Worth Athletic Association or any member of the same for any and all causes which may arise in connection with the act ivies of the Worth Athletic Association. As parent/Guardian I understand the the Worth Athletic Association program is an active one for my child. It includes many opportunities for fun and achievement in the fundamentals of baseball.
